Jaffer has completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, 40 hour Yoga For Athletes, and has over 10 years of experience practicing yoga and meditation. He believes that a yoga class is more than just a physical workout. It’s an experience that opens up a pathway to a more mindful life.
