Sitting is the new sugar and as dangerous for our bodies as smoking – scientists say. When my daughter started walking I swore to myself that I will do anything to teach hear better moving habits to save her from sitting too much. In the last years, I developed Conscious Sitting which helps you to move more and sit less – without doing sports. Last year I tested it successfully with great feedback and in 60 minutes I want to show you the 4 steps to develop conscious sitting habits for yourself.
