When we slow down our bodies and active conscious minds, we can find rest, wisdom, and deeper connections to self. With this practice, we begin to accept the ebb and flo of life. Through a mindfulness-based meditation, Jonathan and Autumn will guide you through an immersive experience to give you access to the calm and quiet that is required to develop resilience to stress and anxiety and create space for focus, creativity, and joy.
About Autumn and Jonathan:
Jonathan and Autumn are co-founders of Flo Meditation + Wellness and certified teachers and faculty of The Lab of Meditation, 200hr Training. Their mission is to build a happier, healthier, more connected society through mindfulness and meditation. They have a love for people, the planet, and community, and together are passionate about social justice through mindful activism and making meditation accessible to everyone.
In addition to thier mindfulness classes and events in Halifax, NS, Canada, they offer virtual 1:1 sessions, corporate webinars, and original meditation scripts and recorded meditations for apps.
