Learning to sit with our discomfort can be a game changer. Discomfort (physical, emotional, mental)l is apart of our lives but our usual reactions to it can create more harm. In this guided meditation we’ll approach our discomfort with compassion to see how we can learn from it. No experience with meditation required!

About Alex:

“I found meditation during very fidgety savasana’s in yoga class. Though it was not a smooth beginning, I eventually became hooked when I was able to experience a different relationship with my thoughts and feelings. Over the past 5 years, I have completed over 500 hours of training in meditation, taking a particular focus in mindfulness practices. I love approaching our every day challenges through the lens of meditation to cultivate more care and compassion in our lives.”
