Event Details

Learning to thrive in times of transition is an ongoing challenge for change-makers, leaders and innovators working in and outside traditional organizations. Fear of the unknown, discomfort with uncertainty and a lack of clarity about how best to proceed are common barriers to progress in uncertain times. This is compounded by the complexity of our 24/7 culture. So how can we learn to approach the unknown with a sense of excitement and curiosity rather than fear, anxiety and dread? In this interactive session, we explore what it takes to equip and encourage ourselves and the people we hope to serve to embrace flux and learn to thrive as we navigate change. Participants will leave the session with research-tested tools and insights they can immediately adapt and apply in personal and professional settings.
