Mindfulness and Compassion are two wings of the same practice. In this session we will explore how Mindfulness in full bloom is always compassionate – Mindfulness is heartfulness. We will discuss and distinguish these two concepts, including what it means to complete the circle of Compassion and the difference between Empathy and Compassion. Our time together will include translating these concepts into practice and embodying Mindfulness and Compassion in our daily lives.
