Improvisation – whether on the theater stage, in jazz music, on the sports field or elsewhere – works by embracing the unexpected and collaborating to develop value. The mindsets of improvisation, often embodied in simple activities, are hugely valuable in our professional and private lives as well. In this session, we will introduce some of those mindsets and talk about how they are used in organisational development, training, therapy, conflict resolution, and design.
Live stream only! Join us, 9 AM San Francisco / 12PM New York / 17:00 London / 18:00 Berlin
