This session introduces busy parents to the application of mindfulness in family life. Parents will learn why personal meditation practice is foundational to transforming family dynamics as well as how to begin a meditation practice for ourselves. We will conclude by thinking about how meditation helps us shift inherited familial patterns of dysfunction, facilitating personal healing and a healthier future for our children.
